1.Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

We make reasonable efforts to display Products accurately, including colors and dimensions; however, actual colors may vary depending on your display. Descriptions, images, and specifications are subject to correction. In the event of a material error (including pricing errors), we reserve the right to cancel the affected Order and issue a full refund.
5.Pricing & Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude applicable sales taxes, VAT, GST, and import duties unless expressly noted, which are the responsibility of the purchaser where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to your Order is the one displayed at the time your Order is confirmed.
6.Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors compliant with PCI-DSS. We do not store your full card details on our servers. See our Payment Policy for details.
7.Order Acceptance & Confirmation
Your Order constitutes an offer to purchase. An Order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation email to the address you provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion, including where the Product is out of stock, the Order appears fraudulent, or the billing and shipping information cannot be verified.
8.Shipping & Delivery
Delivery terms, processing times, and estimated transit times are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier at the shipping address you provided. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

10.Order Cancellation

11.Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and page design — is the property of or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
12.User Accounts & Responsibilities
If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to safeguard credentials.

- Submitting fraudulent, false, or misleading information, or placing Orders with stolen payment credentials;

- Reselling Products purchased for personal use without our prior written consent, where prohibited;
- Circumventing any access or usage restrictions we impose.
14.User Content & Reviews
If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce such content in connection with the Site and our business. Content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable may be removed at our discretion.
15.Disclaimers & Warranties
The Site and Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of the Site or any Order shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
17.Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the State of CA, United States, unless mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
