2. Currency & Billing

Prices are charged in USD. Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion fee for international transactions. The billing descriptor on your statement will appear as CRISP-EAGLE-1.10WEB.CLOUD. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at osnoe89fury@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback.

3. Payment Security

  • All transactions run over TLS/HTTPS encryption;
  • Card data is captured directly by our payment provider and is never stored on our servers;
  • Transactions may be screened with 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard Identity Check) and anti-fraud verification;
  • We never ask for your full card number by email, phone, or chat.

4. Authorization & Order Confirmation

Your payment method is authorized at checkout and charged when the order is confirmed. If authorization fails, the order is not placed and no funds are captured. Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent may be held for verification; we may request proof of identity or address before shipping, or cancel with a full release of the authorization.

5. Taxes & Duties

Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and displayed at checkout where required. Import duties and customs charges for international deliveries, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise on the product page.

6. Failed, Duplicate & Refused Payments

  • Failed authorization: no funds are captured; please verify card details or try another method.
  • Duplicate charge: if you are charged twice for the same order, contact us and the duplicate will be refunded within 1–3 business days of verification.
  • Chargebacks: we ask you to contact us first so we can resolve issues directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in order cancellation and reporting to the payment networks.
